The founder of our company, İlyas Kaya, was born in Sivas on February 8, 1956, then moved to Ankara and continued his education in Ankara, İlyas Kaya graduated from Ankara Construction Vocational High School and then from Gazi University Faculty of Science. He started his working life at a very young age along with his education. During his education, he worked in places such as PTT, Construction Cooperatives and took positions in unions.

After graduating, İlyas Kaya worked at the Ministry of Public Works and gained experience in public projects. In order to implement the knowledge and experience he gained in the sector, he resigned from his civil service and founded Cansın Construction in 1991. Since its establishment, Cansın Construction has successfully completed projects in many different areas such as housing, hotels, factories, business centers and embassies in the private sector, and has gained a solid place in the sector with its reliable and quality construction approach. Although it has developed business in other sectors other than construction, it has progressed in the construction field as the main locomotive and other sectoral areas have remained in the background. It has also supported its surroundings in many sectors and helped in the formation of companies. Recently, it has completed and put into operation the embassy and residence projects of Senegal and Ukraine in Ankara.

With his passion for the construction sector, İlyas Kaya has always made great contributions to the construction sector by prioritizing the principles of quality, trust and sustainability; he had a lifelong work on production. Knowing that production contributes not only to himself but also to the country, economy and employees, he made production and investments for 30 years. With the pride of touching human life and completing every job he took on without any problems, he placed his company among the important companies known in the market. In addition, he produced every structure he designed and produced with pleasure, just like an artist loves his work. İlyas Kaya was the father of 2 children and passed away in December 2022.
